Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put in a bowl or in a zip-top bag.
Pour Italian salad dressing over the chicken breast, toss well, seal and refrigerate for at least 5 hours (best to leave overnight).
Pour the egg whites in a separate bowl.
Remove the piece of chicken from the bag and dip in the egg whites, repeat this for all the chicken pieces.
Rub the chicken pieces with Mrs. Dash Spice or the mixed spices.
Place in an air fryer* for 10 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer, serve and enjoy.
