Mix the chocolate dairy-free, soy-free protein powder and sunflower seed butter powder in a bowl. Add water slowly to make a liquid paste consistency. (You may add a packet of sweetener if you prefer a very sweet taste.)
Spread the liquid paste over the rice cakes.
Place on a plate and put in the freezer for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and top with fresh sliced strawberry, banana, or apple. Enjoy!
Let cool completely before serving — GF baked goods firm up and improve in texture as they cool. For best results, rest 15-20 minutes.
