Preheat the oven to 350°F/177°C.
In a bowl, place the sunflower seed butter powder, thick dairy-free yogurt combine all the ingredients. Mix well until there is a smooth consistency.
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. With your hands, form 20 balls with the dough and place on a cookie sheet, leaving about 1" (~2cm) in between each dough ball.
Place in the oven and bake until the toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean (approximately 15-17 minutes.)
Let sit to cool completely to firm up.
