Heat a griddle over low-medium heat. Add chicken to the pan and cook on both sides with your choice of spices (to taste), until the meat is fully cooked through. (Internal temp: 165°F/74°C)
Heat up the gravy.
Place both pieces of bread side by side on a plate, top each slice with 80g of chicken and half the gravy.
Eat right away with a side of veggies (I normally choose peas!).
