In a bowl, mix together the mango, pineapple, cilantro and onion. Place in the fridge or to the side until you are ready for it.
In a separate bowl, mix together the red and green cabbage, carrots, rice wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Set to the side.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Cook over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the grill and cut into 1-inch strips. (Internal temp: 165°F/74°C)
Begin to build the wraps with the grilled chicken, slaw and mango relish. Serve and enjoy!
