Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl (except FibrO).
Follow the "FibrO Prep" at the bottom left of the page.
In a separate bowl, combine the unsweetened oat milk and FibrO syrup, stir and then heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Add the syrup/unsweetened oat milk and egg whites to the dry mix, and stir until it forms a consistent paste.
Spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray. With your hands, shape 8-12 dough balls, and place on the cookie sheet 2" (5cm) apart from each other.
Place the chocolate chips evenly on each cookie.
Place in the oven for 12 min. Remove and let cool until you are ready to serve.
Eat warm or cold. I like it warm better!
