Heat a pan to medium heat. Cook the turkey meat until it fully cooks through. Remove from the pan and drain in a colander/strainer.
Add in the onions, garlic, mushrooms and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until thoroughly mixed with the meat.
Add in the Sloppy Joe Seasoning, tomato sauce and the guar/xanthan gum. Mix with a spoon and reduce heat to low.
Place one serving (two slices of bread...toasted if you like it crispy!) on a plate and spread 3/4 cup (180ml) of the Sloppy Greg mixture on to each slice of bread.
Optional: Add a dairy-free cheese alternative slice on top of the Sloppy Greg sandwich (adds 30 calories per serving).
