Heat a pan to medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Warm the soy-free plant-based meat in the pan until it is thawed.
Add in the onions, garlic, mushrooms and pepper.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until thoroughly mixed with the meat.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup and tomato paste.
Add Sloppy Joe Seasoning mix and reduce heat to low.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Place two slices of bread on a plate and spread 3/4 cup (180ml) of the Sloppy Greg mixture on to each slice of bread.
